We understand that it is difficult to see the GP you want to see but, because of the total population of the group, the GP's available at each branch, and the demand for appointments, we sometimes have to employ Locum GP's, whom you may be asked to see instead.  However, for continuity of care, we do try and request the services of the same Locum GP's week after week to be able to offer more appointments on a daily basis.
